Klick-N-View Address Book is a simple to use tool for managing names, addresses, telephone numbers, email/internet addresses and for printing address labels.

This is a true 32-bit program with full support for Windows 95 including long file names and right-click pop-up menus. Also features dockable drawing toolbox and toolbar, enhanced cursors to simplify editing, full Print Alignment and Margin Control, and Print Preview architecture.

First, here are some problem areas that were corrected:

• Corrected page overflow on block reports
• Corrected page fault in label/merge
• Added some new report design selections and spruced up the block report
• Added an Auto-save feature for automatically saving record changes
• Added Undo/Redo on the last record change made

Here is what we added:

• Up to 40 customized reports
  Design and save your own reports. Choose your report's title, format (including column/block report, orientation, font, margins, etc.), which address book fields to print, print sequence, and sort sequence.
• Unlimited telephone numbers per name
• Unlimited selection filters per name
• Import Addresses
  Import information from either a text file or from another KNV Address Book file.
• Unlimited email/internet addresses per name
  Setup email addresses and internet addresses. Feature includes hyperlinking for quick access to composing email and the world wide web.
• Contact log
  Maintain a log of important calls. Includes automatic insertion of current date/time on request.
• Personal Info
  New area for keeping birthdays, anniversaries, spouse and notes on children, etc.

  Anything you want to remember about the person.

• QuickView list of anniversaries, birthdays and contact log information by date
• Telephone dialing
  Right-click on a person's telephone number or bring up the Telephone Dialer. The Telephone Dialer includes a 15 memory re-dial list and 15 speed dial buttons.
• Automatic capitalization
  Choose to have KNV Address Book automatically capitalize name and address information for you. Capitalize the first letter of each word, make 2 character state uppercase, or make everything uppercase.
• Country with a default country selection
  New field for saving country information. Includes an optional default country selection.
• SpeedWeb
  Save the email and internet addresses you use frequently. Feature includes hyperlinking for quick access to composing email and the world wide web.
• Move multiple records to different categories at the same time
  Now you can easily move a group of address records to a new category.
• Alphabetic tab divider
  Name and address list now has an alphabetic tab for displaying a shortened list of your name and address records.
