This gadget is a simple ToDo list for the Vista sidebar. Never forget the things you need to do again.

Choose from a number of different backgrounds (see Gadget Settings below)

To add a new ToDo item, click the green plus sign close to the upper left corner of the gadget.

To toggle the complete status of an item, click the box to the left of the item.

To delete an item, first click the item in the list then click the red "X" close to the top-right side of the gadget.

  Edit view

To Do Task: this is the item description that is displayed in the list.

Comments: use this to keep notes or comments about the to do task.

Complete By: use these to show when the task needs to be completed. At this time, there is no "alarm" type feature for date and time; we hope to include that feature in a future release.

  Gadget Settings

Background Style: Choose the style of background image you want then use the preview below to choose the color scheme. Each background style has multiple images.

Show Completed Tasks: Check this box to continue displaying to do tasks after they have been marked as completed.

To Do Task List Separator: You can choose to display list items using alternating background colors.

This gadget has two ways of keeping notes. The simple note pad view works like the Windows notepad; the note organizer saves and lists notes using a description.

  Simple note pad view

When using the simple note pad, type in the note as you want it.

  Note organizer view

The note organizer lets you keep a number of notes handy on your desktop. Each note is made up of a description that is displayed in the list and the actual note.

To add a note, click the green plus sign close to the upper left corner of the gadget. To delete a note, first click the note description in the list then click the red "X" close to the top-right side of the gadget.

To view or update the note information, double-click the note description.

Background Style: Choose the style of background image you want then use the preview below to choose the color scheme. Each background style has multiple images.

View Type: Choose from the Doodlepad (simple note pad) or the Note List view.

Note List Separator: You can choose to display list items using alternating background colors.

Font: Choose the font style from this drop list.

San Diego Zoo Cams Gadget  Download the Gadget

This gadget shows 4 different cameras from the San Diego Zoo; choose to watch the Panda Cam, Polar Bear Cam, Ape Cam or the Elephant Cam!

The camera feeds are supplied by www.camzone.com. There are two view sizes available from CamZone, 130x98 and 320x240. When the gadget is attached to the sidebar, the small (130x98) player size is displayed. To view the larger player (320x240), the gadget must be detached from the sidebar.

You can change the background of the player in the gadget settings window.

Please note: There may be times when one or more of the cameras will not be available... the availability of the cameras is completely out of our control. Also at times we have noticed that a short commercial or introductory video may be displayed; this is also completely out of our control!

  Gadget Attached to the Sidebar

When attached to the sidebar, the camera viewing size is 130x98.

  Gadget Detached From the Sidebar

When detached from the sidebar, the camera viewing size is 320x240. This size is determined by CamZone and is out of our control. If more sizes are made available, we will update this gadget.

  Camera Offline

If you see this background or a white background with the CamZone logo, the camera is unavailable.
